SHIPPING FREQUENCY – Orders ship 2 times per week via UPS.

SHIPPING METHODS – We currently ship via UPS. U.S. orders normally take 2-4 business days to reach the customer when shipped by UPS ground. Please track your package with UPS; do not contact us to ask when you will receive your package. You will receive an email with tracking information from PayPal. Check for this, it may go to your junk mail folder.

SHIPPING FEES – The website currently processes orders as if the items are shipping separately. Any shipping overages will be credited to your payment method when multiple items are ordered on the same order, if applicable.

RESTOCKING FEES – 10% in the first 14 days after an order is received. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted.

RETURNS – Returns must be made within 14 days of being received, or they will not be accepted. All returns should be shipped to the home office at 2103 Barker Avenue, Lawrence, Kansas 66046. Shipping to our shop address only delays your refund.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS – Please take the time to make sure you provide the address where you want the item shipped. We understand hail chasers change storms frequently, but we can’t be responsible for changing addresses after an order is placed. In the event this happens, notify us immediately of the new address. If the order has already shipped, it is your responsibility to get the order forwarded to you from the location where you had the item shipped. UPS does not routinely return these items to us if they are undeliverable. If you notify us of the new address before the item ships there is a $20.00 handling fee plus the new cost of UPS change of destination fee that will be invoiced to you and must be prepaid prior to your order shipping to the new address.

BACKORDERED INVENTORY – Please be aware that any backordered items are shipped separately at an additional cost to the customer. The item will ship as soon as it is back in inventory. If you want an estimate on how long before the items is back in stock, please contact Drew at info@druztoolz.com.

ERRORS IN ORDERING – If you order the wrong item, place a new order for the correct item and return the unwanted item to our home office. We will ship the new order to you upon receipt of the order. Your account will be credited when we receive the wrong item back in inventory less a 10% restocking fee and the cost of the original shipping. To avoid errors in ordering, read the descriptions carefully and double check your order as many items come in multiple sizes and options available to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – International orders take longer for shipping depending on the destination. Once your order has shipped, contact UPS to track your package. Please DO NOT CONTACT US to see when it will arrive.
